Due to demand, Teaching Personnel are looking for a Welsh Cover Supervisors to start with our partnered Welsh Medium Secondary Schools in Newport and surrounding areas. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine love for working with young learners, if this is you, then we want to hear from you!

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on students’ lives in Welsh Schools?

Role Specifics:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students across various subjects and age groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity and consistency in educational delivery.
• Effective time management and communication skills

• Be a professional role model, while managing students’ behaviours and focus within the lesson to create a positive learning environment.

Ideal applicants:

• A recent University Graduate with a Secondary subject degree
• A current Cover Supervisor who has front of the class experience.
• A youth worker or coach who again has experience of working with children.
• A teaching Assistant looking to take the next step up.
